  • If the event is cancelled by us for any reason, you will receive 80% of your order (excluding merchandise). This is the only occurrence where you will be eligible for a ticket refund. 
By clicking ‘Add to Cart’ you agree to your ticket being a non-refundable payment in ANY OTHER circumstance.
  • Any DJ lineups, live acts and music arenas are booked and announced in good faith. We reserve the right to change/modify these at any moment.
  • We cannot be held responsible for changes to travel and social distancing laws, rendering the event unable to go ahead.
  • We cannot be held responsible for inclement weather or other ‘Acts of God’ which render the event unable to go ahead (due to space and venue restrictions).
  • Your ticket purchase is solely for the entertainment provided during your stay. We are not responsible in any way for your travel and accommodation, you have separate agreements with each of those companies. We, of course, are here to provide help and support wherever necessary.

 

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT:

  • The music levels will be more than loud enough but not as loud as in the past.
  • Social distancing regulations beyond our control could affect the event (dancing may be forbidden, restrictions in numbers etc).
  • The main event has a finish time of 1am every night.

WHY ARE VOCAL BOOTH WEEKENDER TICKETS NON-REFUNDABLE IF I CANNOT MAKE THE EVENT ?

We spend your money on making the party the best it can possibly be, as time draws near there simply is no money to refund !

Tickets can be transferred between persons at your own convenience.

We understand that sometimes situations out of your control mean you cannot attend, however we also ask that you understand our position.

We will always go above and beyond to ensure the event takes place, however circumstances down the years have proven that, sometimes, we cannot control everything and as an independent organisation simply cannot proceed without your understanding and cooperation.

Please do not ask for a refund as a refusal often offends !

Refund Policy

All purchases other than Vocal Booth event tickets are refundable within 14 days of purchase, providing the goods are returned (at your cost) and received by us in the same condition they were shipped.

Where do I fly to?

Alicante airport is your first choice. It is 35 minutes by car.

You can (if absolutely necessary) fly to RMU (Murcia) which is 1hr 30 mins by car or Valencia airport which is 1hr 40 mins by car.

We have a very active Facebook Group where you can ask others this question.

Use Skyscanner to search ALL your options for different dates and times and ALL available airlines.

There is no better way to find flights. Look for the option to create email alerts to be notified when prices go up or down.

Hit it right, you could pay as low as £80 return ! Miss out, the most expensive flights tend to be around £160-£200 return.

We have a lot of people that decide to see what the fuss is about and come alone. They go home with a whole new bunch of friends.

The daytime parties are for everyone, the area is perfect for families to come and you could take it in turn to babysit one of the nights.  

Children under 16 will not require passes.

We have an automated ticketing system using QR Scanning. Search emails from Vocal Booth Weekender Ticketing Office. You will find your confirmation email containing a download link. You WILL 100% need this ticket to gain admission.

HOW TO COLLECT YOUR WRISTBANDS: 

Available at reception of The Blue Line Hotel at the following times:

Thursday 15:00 – 22:00 hrs,

Friday 15:00 – 23:00 hrs

If you arrive late on Friday after registration, we will have a desk at the hotel open until 1am.

Sunday evenings. Wearing white is not compulsory but everyone does get involved and it’s a sea of brilliant white on the dancefloor.

Yes. All establishments allow you to check in anytime after 2pm through to the early hours of the morning. Sometimes your room may even be ready for you if you arrive before 2pm.

If you have never attended an event before, it’s highly unlikely.

Once the DJs are confirmed we hope nothing changes, although sometimes situations force DJs to change their plans.

Experience tells us that this can even be at the last minute. The event has also been known to be that good, the DJs party so hard they occasionally forget they are meant to be playing and miss their set time.

Joking aside, we are also at the mercy of the airline companies. Sometimes strike action or serious delays may mean DJs cannot reach us on time, if at all.

There are ABSOLUTELY no discounts or day/night-only passes available at all.

However, as of midnight August 31st 2022, NO refunds are available.

The passes are now transferable between persons. Send in an email to your official booking receipt to change any names.

You cannot purchase passes without accepting these terms and conditions.

TO REQUEST REFUND

You must reply to your original email confirmation/ticket receipt via email and request refunds.

FB messages asking for refunds do not qualify.
